The only difference between Maldivian and Omani visas is that Maldivian visas allow for multiple entries into Turkey over the course of their validity, while Omani visas only permit one entry into Turkey during their validity period.

How to Get a Turkey Visa
If you are a Maldivian citizen and want to travel to Turkey, you will need a visa. There are two ways to get a Turkey visa: online or at the Turkish embassy in your home country.
To apply for a Turkish visa online, you will need to create an account with the Turkish embassy website and fill out the application form. The application form can be found on the Turkish embassy website under “Information For Visitors”.
Once you have filled out the application form, submit it along with your passport and a photocopy of your passport photo to the Turkish embassy.
If you are a Omani citizen and plan on traveling to Turkey, you will need a tourist visa. To apply for a tourist visa, you will need to visit the Omani embassy in your home country.
